Getting There

Tram

If you are near the city center, head to the nearest tram stop, such as 'Den Haag Centraal'. Take tram line 9 towards 'Scheveningen Noorderstrand'. Stay on the tram for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Zwarte Pad' stop. From there, walk straight towards the beach, and take a left on Neptunusstraat. Muzee Scheveningen will be on your right at Neptunusstraat 90-92.
Bus

Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus line 22 or 23 towards 'Scheveningen'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Scheveningen' stop. Walk towards the beach and then turn left onto Neptunusstraat. Continue walking until you reach Muzee Scheveningen at Neptunusstraat 90-92.
Bike

You can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental shops in The Hague. Head towards the Scheveningen area by following the bike paths. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes. As you approach the beach, look for signs to Neptunusstraat. Turn onto Neptunusstraat, and Muzee Scheveningen will be located at 90-92 on your right.
Walking

If you are staying in the Scheveningen area, you can walk to Muzee Scheveningen. Simply head towards the beach and walk along the promenade until you reach Neptunusstraat. Turn right onto Neptunusstraat, and you will find Muzee Scheveningen at 90-92 on your right.
