Public Transport
From the city center of The Hague, head to the nearest tram stop, which is typically 'Den Haag Central Station'. Take tram line 19 towards 'De Uithof'. Stay on the tram for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Ypenburg'. From the tram stop, walk straight along 'Van Weerden Poelmanpad' for approximately 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Strandbeest Playground located at Van Weerden Poelmanpad 2497.
Bicycle
If you’re renting a bicycle, start from the city center of The Hague. Head southwest towards 'Wagenstraat' and follow the bike paths towards 'Koningin Julianalaan'. Continue cycling straight for about 20 minutes until you reach 'Van Weerden Poelmanpad'. Follow this road for another 5 minutes; Strandbeest Playground will be on your left at Van Weerden Poelmanpad 2497.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from the city center, start at 'Plein' and head south towards 'Korte Voorhout'. Continue walking until you reach 'Buitenhof'. From there, head towards 'Hofweg' and walk towards the 'Zuid-Hollandsche Lijn' train station. Follow the signs for 'Ypenburg', which is about 45 minutes away on foot. After reaching the area, walk along 'Van Weerden Poelmanpad' for about 10 minutes, and you will find Strandbeest Playground at Van Weerden Poelmanpad 2497.
