From The Hague Central Station, take tram number 9 towards 'Scheveningen Noordeinde'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Kijkduin' stop. From there, walk towards the beach, cross the road, and follow the signs leading to the Westduinpark entrance.
