After about 10-15 minutes of walking, you'll arrive at Plein 1813, where the Independence Monument is located at number 4. The monument is a historical landmark, and you will easily recognize it by its impressive structure.

You can also take tram line 16 from Statenkwartier. Board the tram at the Statenlaan stop heading towards 'Delft'. After approximately 5 minutes, get off at the 'Plein' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Independence Monument. Head southeast on Plein 1813, and you will see the monument at number 4.
