From Utrecht Central Station, take bus number 34 towards 'Loosdrecht, Tienhoven'. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Loosdrecht, Vreelandseweg' stop. From there, walk south on the Vreelandseweg for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk. Turn left onto Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk, and after a few minutes, you will see Castle-Museum Sypesteyn on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Utrecht. Head north towards the 'Oudegracht' and follow the signs leading to the 'Vecht' river. Once you reach the river, follow the cycling path along the Vecht towards Loosdrecht. Continue cycling for about 12 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk, turn right, and Castle-Museum Sypesteyn will be on your left.
