If you're starting from Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head south towards the Vredenburg square. Continue straight on Vredenburg until you reach the intersection with the Croeselaan. Turn left onto Croeselaan. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout, and take the first exit onto the Catharijnesingel. Follow the canal, and after a short walk, you will see Rijnkade on your left. Continue along Rijnkade, and you will find Monument Grand Astre located at Rijnkade, 3511 LA Utrecht.
