Walking
From the Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head towards the Vredenburg square. Walk straight ahead until you reach the intersection with the Vredenburgkade. Here, turn right and continue walking along the canal. After a few minutes, you will reach the Korte Lijnmarkt. Follow this street until you see the Dom Tower on your left. Continue walking straight, and you will soon arrive at the Domplein. From Domplein, take the street called 'Oude Gracht' and walk for about 10-15 minutes. You will eventually reach the Keizersgracht intersection. Turn left and continue walking until you reach Keizersgracht 102, where the Rode Hoed is located.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Utrecht Central Station. After renting your bike, exit the station and head towards the Vredenburg square. Turn right onto the Vredenburgkade and cycle straight along the canal. Continue past the Korte Lijnmarkt and keep cycling towards the Dom Tower. Once you reach the Domplein, take the Oude Gracht street and cycle towards the center. Follow the signs for Keizersgracht, and as you approach the intersection, turn left. Continue cycling until you reach Keizersgracht 102, where the Rode Hoed is situated.
Public Transport
From Utrecht Central Station, take tram line 2 towards Nieuwegein. Get off at the 'Oude Gracht' stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight along the Oude Gracht until you reach the intersection with Keizersgracht. Turn left at this intersection and continue walking until you see Keizersgracht 102, which is the Rode Hoed. The tram ride is about 15 minutes, plus a 5-minute walk.
