A Taste of Dutch Tradition at Proeflokaal Arendsnest

Getting There

• Tram

  If you are near the Amsterdam Centraal Station, take tram line 1, 2, or 5 from the station. Get off at the 'Dam' stop. From there, walk towards the Dam Square and head southwest on Damstraat. When you reach the junction, turn left onto Herengracht. Proeflokaal Arendsnest will be on your right at Herengracht 90.

• Bus

  If you are further away, you can take bus line 48 to 'Dam' stop. After getting off, walk towards Dam Square. Head southwest on Damstraat, then turn left onto Herengracht. Proeflokaal Arendsnest is located at Herengracht 90 on your right.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a nearby rental shop. From Amsterdam Centraal Station, head south towards the water and turn left onto Prins Hendrikkade. Continue straight until you reach the Amstel River, then turn right onto Amstel. Follow the river until it curves and turns into Herengracht. Proeflokaal Arendsnest will be on your left at Herengracht 90.

• Walking

  If you are close by, you can walk to Proeflokaal Arendsnest. From the Anne Frank House, head southeast on Prinsengracht towards Westermarkt, then continue onto the Herengracht. Walk along the canal until you reach Herengracht 90, where the bar is located.
