Walking
If you are starting from Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head west towards the Vredenburg square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Smakkelaarsveld. Turn left on Smakkelaarsveld and follow the road until you reach the intersection with the Mariaplaats. Continue straight along the Mariaplaats until you see the Utrecht University Library on your right. From there, take the path leading to the canal and follow the water until you reach the Weerdsluis. It should take about 20-25 minutes.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental stations near Utrecht Central Station. Head to the Vredenburg square, then take the Smakkelaarsveld road. Keep going straight until you reach the Mariaplaats. Continue along the canal until you reach the Weerdsluis. The bike ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

To get to Weerdsluis using public transport, take bus line 2 from Utrecht Central Station towards 'Zuilen'. Get off at the 'Weerdsluis' stop. From the bus stop, walk a few minutes to your left along the canal, and you will reach the Weerdsluis. The entire journey should take around 15-20 minutes.
