If you are starting from Utrecht Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main square, the Jaarbeursplein. From there, follow the signs to the city center. Walk straight along the Vredenburg until you reach the intersection with the Oudegracht canal. Turn left onto the Oudegracht and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Lange Nieuwstraat. Turn right onto Lange Nieuwstraat. Continue walking straight for about 700 meters, and you will find Oude Hortus on your left at Lange Nieuwstraat 106.

From Utrecht Central Station, take bus line 28 towards 'Utrecht, Rijnsweerd'. Get off at the stop 'Utrecht, Lange Nieuwstraat'. From the bus stop, walk back along Lange Nieuwstraat for about 200 meters, and Oude Hortus will be on your right at Lange Nieuwstraat 106.
