If you're driving from the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, start by heading south on Ash Meadows Road. Continue for about 6 miles until you reach the junction with California Highway 373. Turn left onto Highway 373 and continue for approximately 8 miles. You will see signs for Furnace Creek along the way. Once you reach Furnace Creek, look for California Highway 190 and turn right. Continue for about 5 miles and you will arrive at Furnace Creek.

From the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the main road leading to Pahrump. Board the bus to Pahrump. After arriving in Furnace Creek, you can walk to various attractions or amenities in the area.
