Get off at the Harrah's stop, which is located at 3475 Las Vegas Blvd S. From the bus stop, walk towards the entrance of Carnaval Court, which is directly in front of you.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Boulder City. Head north on Nevada Way, which will connect you to the Boulder City Parkway. Continue on the Parkway until you reach the intersection with the US-93. From here, follow the bike lanes to Las Vegas Blvd. Once you reach Las Vegas Blvd, head north until you arrive at 3475 Las Vegas Blvd S. Carnaval Court will be on your left.

If you are feeling adventurous and up for a longer walk, you can walk directly from Boulder City to Las Vegas. Start on Nevada Way and continue north until you reach the Boulder City Parkway. Follow the Parkway, which will eventually lead you to the US-93. Once you reach Las Vegas Blvd, turn left and continue walking north. It will take approximately 2 hours to reach Carnaval Court at 3475 Las Vegas Blvd S.
