Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop on Fremont St at Las Vegas Blvd. From the bus stop, walk east along Fremont St for about 0.3 miles until you reach Hennesy's Tavern at 425 Fremont St, where the Delirious Comedy Club is located inside.
