Walking
Start at the Boulder City Visitor Center located at 460 Nevada Way. Head northwest on Nevada Way for about 0.5 miles. You will reach the intersection with US-93. Cross the street and continue walking north on US-93 until you reach the Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum at 1305 Arizona Street. From the museum, take a left onto Arizona Street, and then a right onto 5th Street. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop for the RTC Transit bus service.

At the bus stop near the Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum, catch the RTC Route 203 bus heading to Las Vegas. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Las Vegas Strip' stop. From there, walk east on E Flamingo Road for about 0.3 miles until you reach Las Vegas Blvd S. Turn left and walk north for about 0.2 miles to arrive at the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck located at 3655 Las Vegas Blvd S.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Boulder City Visitor Center and head northwest on Nevada Way. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto US-93, heading north. Follow the bike lane along US-93 for approximately 3.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Las Vegas Blvd S. Turn left and continue for about 1 mile. The Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck will be on your right at 3655 Las Vegas Blvd S.
