From Boulder City, head to the nearest bus stop which is at Nevada Way and 5th St, near the Boulder City Library. Take the RTC Bus Route 201 towards Las Vegas Strip. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the stop near the Las Vegas Premium Outlets. Transfer to Route 108 at the Outlet stop, heading towards Downtown Las Vegas. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Fremont St stop. Walk a short distance to Notoriety located at 450 Fremont St, 3rd Floor.
