If you're starting from the center of Boulder City, head south on Nevada Way. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 5th Street. Turn left onto 5th Street and walk towards the entrance of the Historic Railroad Hiking Trail. The trailhead will be located at the end of the street. It is approximately a 20-minute walk.

For those with a bicycle, start at the Boulder City Library. Head east on Wyoming Street until you reach Nevada Way. Take a right on Nevada Way and continue south. After about 1 mile, turn left onto 5th Street. The Historic Railroad Hiking Trail entrance will be at the end of 5th Street. This route is roughly 2 miles and should take about 15 minutes.
