Board the bus heading towards the South Strip Transfer Terminal. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the South Strip Transfer Terminal. From there, transfer to the RTC bus route 109, which will take you to the Las Vegas Strip. Get off at the stop closest to Chelsea Tower, which is located at 3708 S Las Vegas Blvd. Walk towards the Chelsea Tower entrance on Level 2 to reach OPIUM.
