From Boulder City, head to the nearest bus stop on Nevada Way. Take the RTC bus route 213 towards Las Vegas. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest timings. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Boulder Station' bus stop. From there, transfer to the RTC bus route 119 towards 'South Strip Transit Terminal'. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the South Strip Transit Terminal, you can either walk for about 10 minutes down Las Vegas Boulevard or take a taxi or rideshare service directly to Speed Vegas at 14200 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89054.
