From Carson City, head to the nearest bus stop on Carson Street. Take the Douglas County Route 21 bus towards Stateline. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Stateline bus stop (near the casino area). From there, transfer to the Lake Tahoe Airport Shuttle, which will take you to South Lake Tahoe. The shuttle will drop you off at various locations, including one close to Baldwin Beach. Once you are near Baldwin Beach, follow the signs to Baldwin Beach Rd, and you will reach the beach in about a 10-minute walk.
