From Carson City, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Douglas County Transit bus (Route 19) towards Lake Tahoe. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Genoa (Main St & Genoa Lane). Once you get off, walk north on Main St for about 5 minutes. The Genoa Bar and Saloon will be on your left at 2282 Main St.

After about 1 mile, turn right onto US-395 S, then follow the bike lane and continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach Genoa.
