    If you're driving, start on Highway 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd) in South Lake Tahoe. Head east on Highway 50, then turn left onto Heritage Way. Follow Heritage Way for about 0.2 miles, and you will see the Tallac Historic Site on your left at 1 Heritage Way. There is parking available on-site.

    If you're using public transportation, take the BlueGo bus service from various locations in South Lake Tahoe. Board the bus heading towards the Stateline or the Y area. Request to stop at the Heritage Way stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Tallac Historic Site. Simply walk north on Heritage Way for about 0.2 miles until you reach the site at 1 Heritage Way.
