The bus will take you on a scenic route, and you should stay on the bus for about 45 minutes. Get off at the stop for 560 N Lake Blvd, Tahoe City. From the bus stop, walk north along Lake Blvd for about 5 minutes to reach Watson Cabin Museum.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Carson City. Start your ride by heading north on Carson Street until you reach Highway 50.
