    If you're driving from Minden, head north on US-395. After approximately 16 miles, take the exit for Carson City. Merge onto I-580 N, then take exit 39 toward Carson St. Merge onto N Carson St. The Nevada State Museum will be on your right at 600 N Carson St. Look for the large sign in front of the building.

  • Car

    From South Lake Tahoe, drive south on US-50 for about 30 miles. Merge onto US-395 S toward Carson City. After around 12 miles, take exit 39 for Carson St. Turn left onto N Carson St, and the museum will be on your right at 600 N Carson St.

  • Public Transportation

    If you're using public transportation, check the local bus schedule for the Carson City area. You can catch the bus at the Carson Valley Transit Center in Minden. Take the bus heading to Carson City. Once you arrive in Carson City, get off at the stop closest to N Carson St. Walk north on Carson St until you reach the museum at 600 N Carson St.
