If you are driving from the Hoover Dam, head northwest on NV-172 N toward US-93 N. Continue on US-93 N for about 30 miles. Merge onto I-11 N toward Las Vegas. After approximately 15 miles, take exit 75 for Sahara Ave. Turn left onto Sahara Ave and continue for about 2 miles. Then, turn right onto S Rancho Dr. After about 0.5 miles, Asylum Bar + Arcade will be on your right at 3215 S Rancho Dr STE 105, Las Vegas, NV 89102.

To reach Asylum Bar + Arcade via public transport from Hoover Dam, first take the 'Boulder City Transit' bus from the Hoover Dam Visitor Center. Ride the bus until you reach the Boulder City Transit Center. From there, transfer to the 'RTC Transit' Route 202 towards Las Vegas.
