Continue on Lake Parkway for about 1 mile, and you will see the entrance to Van Sickle Bi-State Park on your left at 30 Lake Pkwy, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. Parking is available at the park entrance, and there may be a parking fee of around $10, so have cash or a card ready.
