Depending on your location, take the bus towards the Downtown Las Vegas area and transfer to the 120 bus at the Bonneville Transit Center. Ride the 120 bus towards the 'Henderson' direction and get off at the 'Boulder Hwy @ Wigwam' stop. From there, you will need to walk about 1.5 miles to reach the River Mountains Loop Trail. Head southeast on Wigwam Ave, then turn left onto River Mountains Loop Trail where you will find the 3rd Sister Hilltop.
