You will want to take the bus towards Overton, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Overton, get off at the stop closest to S Moapa Valley Blvd. From there, walk south on Moapa Valley Blvd for about 5 minutes until you see the Lost City Museum on your right at 721 S Moapa Valley Blvd.
