You will want to take the bus towards Overton, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Overton, get off at the stop closest to S Moapa Valley Blvd. From there, walk south on Moapa Valley Blvd for about 5 minutes until you see the Lost City Museum on your right at 721 S Moapa Valley Blvd.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Mesquite. Start by heading south on Pioneer Blvd, then turn onto W Mesquite Blvd heading east. Continue until you reach the intersection with S Moapa Valley Blvd. Turn left onto S Moapa Valley Blvd and pedal for about 10 miles towards Overton. The Lost City Museum will be located on your right at 721 S Moapa Valley Blvd.

If you are in central Mesquite and want to walk, start by heading southwest on Riverside Rd toward W Mesquite Blvd. Continue to walk until you reach the intersection with W Mesquite Blvd. Turn right and follow W Mesquite Blvd until you reach S Moapa Valley Blvd. At the intersection, turn left onto S Moapa Valley Blvd and walk for approximately 10 miles.
