If you are starting from the Virgin River Hotel and Casino, exit the hotel and head south on Riverside Rd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Desert Rd. Turn left onto Desert Rd and walk for about 0.5 miles. Mesquite Manor will be on your right at 161 Desert Rd.
