From Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, exit the park and head east on NV-159 (Charleston Blvd). After approximately 7 miles, merge onto US-95 S towards Las Vegas. Continue on US-95 S for about 10 miles. Take the exit toward I-15 S, merging onto I-15 S. After about 5 miles, take exit 39 for Spring Mountain Rd. Turn left onto Spring Mountain Rd, then turn right onto Las Vegas Blvd S. Continue on Las Vegas Blvd S for about 1 mile, and you will see Madame Tussauds Las Vegas at 3377 S Las Vegas Blvd Ste. 2001.

From Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach the nearest public transit stop, which is the RTC's Route 206 bus stop on Charleston Blvd. Once at the bus stop, take the Route 206 bus towards the Strip. Ride for about 25 minutes until you reach the bus station closest to the Strip, then transfer to the Deuce on the Strip bus service. Ride the Deuce bus for about 10 minutes, getting off at the stop closest to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, located at 3377 S Las Vegas Blvd Ste. 2001.
