You can take the RTC public bus service to reach City Plaza. Look for the RTC RIDE bus stop nearest to your location. Take bus route 4, heading towards 'Sierra Vista.' Get off at the stop named 'Virginia & 4th.' From there, walk north on Virginia Street for about 2 minutes, and City Plaza will be on your left at 30 N Virginia St.
