From the Reno bus terminal, board the RTC RIDE bus on line 1 towards the 'Reno/Sparks'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Virginia St and 1st St' stop. After getting off, walk south on Virginia St for about 0.1 miles. You will find City Plaza on your right at 30 N Virginia St.
