Walking
If you're starting from Downtown Reno, head south on Virginia Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with 1st Street. Turn left onto 1st Street and walk until you reach the Riverwalk District. The Riverwalk District will be on your right. This area features scenic pathways along the Truckee River.
Public Transportation
If you are near a bus stop, take the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) bus #11 or #12 heading towards the Riverwalk District. Once you board the bus, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Riverwalk District stop. After getting off, you'll be just a short walk from the scenic pathways along the river.
Biking
If you have access to a bike rental, start from the Downtown area and head towards the Truckee River. Follow the bike path along the river, which will lead you directly into the Riverwalk District. Be sure to keep an eye out for signage that indicates the Riverwalk, and enjoy the views along the way!
