    From Walker Lake, head north on NV-95 N. Continue driving for approximately 40 miles until you reach the junction with I-80 E. Merge onto I-80 E and continue for about 90 miles. Take exit 303 for NV-227 toward Elko. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto NV-227 S. After about 2.5 miles, turn right onto 1 Interpretive Center Way. The California Trail Interpretive Center will be on your left.
