If you're driving from Baie des Citrons, start by heading north on Rue des Frênes towards Rue des Bougainvilliers. Continue straight for about 1.5 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue de la Grotte, then follow it until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Victoire. Turn right onto Avenue de la Victoire and drive for approximately 2.5 km. You will see signs for Intendance Militaire (PCJR+P27, Nouméa 98800) on your left. There is limited street parking available nearby.

To use public transportation, find the nearest bus stop in Baie des Citrons. Take the bus line that heads towards Nouméa, which is typically numbered 1 or 5. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Centre Ville' stop. From there, walk approximately 800 meters east along Avenue de la Victoire towards the direction of PCJR+P27. The Intendance Militaire will be on your right-hand side. Keep in mind that bus fares are usually around 200 XPF per ride.
