Car
From Hienghene, start by heading south on Route Territoriale 1 (RT1) towards Koumac. Continue on RT1 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction for RPN3. Turn right onto RPN3 and follow the road for about 6 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Cascade de Colnett; there may be small local signs. The parking area is available near the falls.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus from Hienghene to Koumac. Buses depart regularly from the central bus station in Hienghene. The bus ride typically takes around 30 minutes. Once you reach Koumac, you will need to get a taxi or arrange for a ride to Cascade de Colnett, which is about a 10-15 minute drive from the bus stop. Make sure to confirm the fare with the taxi driver before starting your journey.
Walking
