Bus
If you are starting from Nouméa's city center, head to the main bus terminal located on Rue des Frères. Look for bus number 10 or 15, which goes towards Anse Vata. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Anse Vata, you will see signs for Plage de l'Anse Vata. The beach is just a short walk from the bus stop.
Walking
If you are near the central market (Marché de Nouméa), you can walk to Plage de l'Anse Vata. Head west on Rue de l'Alma until you reach Avenue du Maréchal Foch. Turn left and continue walking straight. You will pass the beautiful Baie des Citrons along the way. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach Anse Vata Beach, where Plage de l'Anse Vata is located.
Taxi
For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Nouméa. Just tell the driver you want to go to Plage de l'Anse Vata. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are readily available around the city, and you can also request one through a local taxi service.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops in Nouméa. Head towards Avenue du Maréchal Foch from the city center and ride along the coastal road towards Anse Vata. The ride is scenic and will take about 30-40 minutes. Look for the beach signs once you arrive at Anse Vata.
