Car
To reach Plage de Luengoni by car from Yaté, start by heading south on Route Territoriale 1 (RT1) towards Mu. After approximately 30 km, turn left onto the XC79 road. Follow this road for about 10 km, and you will see signs directing you to Plage de Luengoni. The beach is located at XC79+MG3, Mu, New Caledonia. Parking is available near the beach. Please note that fuel costs should be taken into account when planning your trip.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Yaté to Mu. Buses may not run frequently, so check the local schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Mu, you will need to take a taxi or arrange a rideshare to cover the final 10 km to Plage de Luengoni. Be prepared for taxi fares which can vary, so it’s advisable to confirm the cost with the driver before starting your journey.
