Walking
Start at the Concord City Plaza. Head southeast on Main Street toward North State Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Loudon Road. Turn left onto Loudon Road and continue for another 1 mile. At the intersection with South Main Street, turn right and follow South Main Street for about 0.3 miles. You will come to the Concord Transportation Center. From here, take a bus heading to Concord's downtown area. Get off at the stop nearest to the State House. From the State House, take the bus towards the Concord Coach Lines Station. After arriving at the station, you can take a bus to the nearest major bus terminal that services routes toward Sonoma, California. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance for your required route.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Concord City Plaza. Head southeast on Main Street, then turn left onto North State Street. Follow North State Street until you reach the intersection with Loudon Road. Turn left onto Loudon Road. Continue cycling straight for about 2 miles. You will eventually reach the Concord Transportation Center. From there, you can park your bicycle and take a bus or train that heads towards California.
