Continue on US-4 E until you reach the exit for NH-16 S toward Portsmouth. Follow NH-16 S and take the exit for US-1 Bypass toward Greenland. Merge onto US-1 Bypass and then take the exit for NH-33 E. Turn left onto NH-33 E, then turn right onto Depot Rd. The Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and Discovery Center will be on your right at 89 Depot Rd, Greenland, NH 03840. Make sure to check traffic conditions, as travel times may vary.
