If you're driving from the center of Manchester, NH, take I-293 S toward Salem. Merge onto I-95 S and continue for about 30 miles. Take exit 2 for NH-101 toward Hampton. Continue on NH-101 for approximately 7 miles, then take exit 12 for NH-1A toward Hampton Beach. Follow NH-1A for about 2 miles until you reach Hampton Beach State Park, which will be on your right. Parking fees may apply.

From Nashua, NH, take the NH Transit bus service (Pine Street to Manchester) to the Manchester Transit Center. From there, transfer to the Greyhound bus or the Concord Coach Lines, which provide service to Hampton. You will arrive at a stop near Hampton Beach. From the bus stop, it is about a 15-minute walk to Hampton Beach State Park. Be sure to check the schedule ahead of time for bus times and fares.
