From the Seacoast region, take Route 101 West until you reach Exit 7 for NH-202 North towards Peterborough. Follow NH-202 for approximately 15 miles, then take a left onto Miller State Park Road. The park entrance is just ahead. Note that there is a parking fee of $4 for New Hampshire residents and $8 for non-residents.
