The most common route is to take Route 206 or Route 15 north to reach the park. Once you arrive, look for the entrance of Stokes State Forest, which is well marked. There is typically no entrance fee for the forest, but check for any parking fees that may apply, especially during peak seasons.
Public Transportation
To reach Stokes State Forest via public transportation, take a New Jersey Transit train to the nearest station, which is in Andover. From Andover, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to cover the remaining distance to Stokes State Forest, approximately 15 miles away.
