Once in Ocean City, follow the signs to the Boardwalk. The Ocean City Boardwalk is located at 400 Boardwalk, which is easily accessible on foot.

If you have access to a bike, start from your location in Cape May and head north on Beach Avenue. Follow the path along the beach, which turns into the bike path on the Ocean Drive. Continue biking until you reach the Ocean City entrance. Once in Ocean City, follow the signs to the Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is located at 400 Boardwalk, where you can park your bike at designated bike racks.
