If you are starting from the Cape May Visitor Center (at 609 Lafayette St), head south on Lafayette St until you reach the intersection with Beach Ave. Turn left on Beach Ave and walk until you reach the intersection with NJ-109 (also known as the Cape May Bridge). Cross Beach Ave and continue walking straight onto NJ-109. The Cape May Antique Center is located at 1228 NJ-109, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Visitor Center.

From the Cape May Bus Terminal, take the NJ Transit bus route 313 (Cape May to Wildwood). Inform the driver that you would like to get off at the stop closest to the Cape May Antique Center. After you get off, walk north on NJ-109 for about 5 minutes until you arrive at 1228 NJ-109.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one from a local rental shop in Cape May. Start from the Cape May Beach area and head towards the Cape May Lighthouse, then follow the signs towards NJ-109.
