If you are in Hoboken, start at Washington Street, which is the main street. Head south towards the waterfront. Turn right onto Observer Highway and walk towards the Hudson River. You will see a large park area ahead. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the Hoboken Terminal. From the terminal, you can take the PATH train to 33rd Street in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the 33rd Street station, exit the train and walk towards 6th Avenue. From 6th Avenue, turn south and walk towards West 15th Street.
