Stay on the train for about 15 minutes and get off at the 33rd Street station in Manhattan. Once you exit the station, walk east towards 5th Avenue. Turn right onto 5th Avenue and continue walking for about 10 minutes. The Museum of Sex will be on your left at 233 5th Ave.

Head to the Hoboken Ferry Terminal. Take a NY Waterway ferry to the 39th Street terminal in Manhattan. The ferry ride takes about 8 minutes. Once you disembark, walk east on 39th Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and walk south for about 6 blocks. The Museum of Sex will be on your left at 233 5th Ave.

From a central location in Hoboken, find the NJ Transit Bus stop for the 126 bus towards New York. Board the bus and ride for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From the terminal, walk east to 8th Avenue, then head south to 36th Street. Turn left on 36th Street, and walk to 5th Avenue.
