    Getting There

    Walking

    From the Hoboken Terminal, exit the station and head northeast on Hudson Place towards the waterfront. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying views of the Manhattan skyline. Continue on the promenade until you reach the PATH station at 14th Street. Take the PATH train to 33rd Street. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards 6th Avenue. Walk north on 6th Avenue until you reach 42nd Street. At 42nd Street, turn left and walk towards the Hudson River. You will see the George Washington Bridge in the distance. From here, you can take the bus or continue walking north along the river until you reach the High Bridge.

    Public Transport

    From any point in Hoboken, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit bus towards New York City (look for the 126 or 119 bus routes). Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for the George Washington Bridge. Once you get off, walk towards the bridge area and head north along the river until you reach the High Bridge.

    If you have rented a bike, start at the Hoboken waterfront and cycle towards the Hudson River Greenway. Follow the bike path north along the river, enjoying the scenic views.
