Start at Hoboken Terminal, which is a major transportation hub in Hoboken. From the terminal, head southeast towards Hudson Street. Walk straight down Hudson Street for about 10 minutes until you reach 1st Street. Turn right onto 1st Street and continue walking until you reach the waterfront. Once at the waterfront, you will see the PATH train station at 14th Street. Take the PATH train to the World Trade Center station in Manhattan. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the Oculus and then head towards Church Street. From Church Street, walk south until you reach Battery Park. The Korean War Memorial is located at Battery Park Underpass and Battery Place, which is just a short walk from the park entrance.

From Hoboken, walk to the Hoboken Ferry Terminal located at 14th Street and the waterfront. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry heading towards Battery Park City. The ferry ride offers stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and takes about 8 minutes. Once you arrive at the Battery Park City Ferry Terminal, disembark and head east. Get off at the stop at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York. Once you disembark, head towards 42nd Street and walk towards the subway entrance. Take the subway line 1 (the red line) downtown towards South Ferry. Get off at the last stop, South Ferry. From there, exit the subway station and walk towards Battery Park. The Korean War Memorial is located at Battery Park Underpass and Battery Place, which is a short walk from the subway exit.
