Once you exit the station, transfer to the L train at 8th Avenue and 14th Street, heading towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway. Get off at the Lorimer Street station. McCarren Park is a short walk from the station; head east on Lorimer Street for about 5 minutes until you reach 776 Lorimer St.

From Jersey City, you can take the NJ Transit bus #119 or #120 to New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to the L train at 8th Avenue and 14th Street, heading towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway. Get off at the Lorimer Street station.
