From Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH train station. Take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, exit the train and follow the signs to the Oculus. Once outside, walk towards Liberty Street, then turn left onto Church Street. Continue walking until you reach Battery Park. The Skyscraper Museum is located at 39 Battery Place, right near the southern tip of Manhattan.

If you're near the waterfront in Jersey City, head to the Liberty State Park ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Battery Park City. Once you arrive, follow the signs towards Battery Park. Walk along the path through the park, and you will see the Skyscraper Museum at 39 Battery Place.

Locate the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the bus that goes to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From there, walk towards 42nd Street and then head south through Times Square. You can take the subway from 42nd Street to the World Trade Center station on the E line, or simply walk down Church Street towards Battery Park. The Skyscraper Museum will be located at 39 Battery Place.
