Walking

If you're starting from the Red Bank train station, exit the station and turn right onto Monmouth Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Newman Springs Road (Route 520). Cross Broad Street and continue straight onto Newman Springs Road. After about a 30-minute walk, you will see Monmouth Museum on your left at 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ. The museum is visible from the road.
Public Transport - Bus

From the Red Bank train station, walk to the bus stop located on the opposite side of the station on West Front Street. Take the NJ Transit Bus #831 towards Lincroft. The bus will drop you off along Newman Springs Road. Get off at the stop closest to the Monmouth Museum (be sure to check with the bus driver for the best stop). From the bus stop, walk approximately 5 minutes down Newman Springs Road, and you will see Monmouth Museum on your right.
